I found myself sitting in Hometown Buffet for a brunch with friends on New Year's morning. When asked what my NY resolutions were I easily said, "I'm trying a different plan this year. I've always said that I was going to eat less, more healthy, and lose some weight. That didn't work well so I've changed my tactic. I'm eating more and less healthy food hence the beginning breakfast at HTB."
What is it that Weight Watcher's says? Craziness is when you do the same things and expect different results, so I'm doing something different. Wish me luck!
