Not sure where to post this so it won't be lost in the string of comments. So I'll make a new post so it's sure to be seen.
First of all Happy Thanksgiving to you all. The children are all a twitter over the prospect of 4 days off. I'm all a twitter about stuffing and cranberries!
Holiday Plans We are working toward spending two weekends in Portland. The only issue is our family...the dogs. (Whoever said our nest was empty?) We have a great neighbor who we rely on quite heavily and takes great care of our dogs while we're gone. Probably better than we do. We came home early once and she was in playing with them and spending time with them so they wouldn't be lonely.
So our plans revolve around whether our friend and neighbor can take care of our 4 legged family both weekends. We'll discuss that with her and get back to you about it soon after the Thanksgiving Day.
