In the... In the.. In the future....

I cooked some of our catch from our fishing trip the other day. When are we going again? Wasn't it just too fun? And I don't think I have ever had such yummy fish. I made fish tacos with shredded cabbage and a delicious chipotle (chipoodle, chipatuple) dressing. They were pretty dang delicious actually. They looked like this:


Recently I have been feeling ready to advance in my career... Maybe I WILL move to Mexico.. some beach town.. and open a taco shop. It could look like this:



And I could learn how to do this (and look like this):



And here is my new boyfriend... we met at the fish market. His name is Diego. Sometimes he gives me specials on his catch of the day:

I may have to look into this. I am open to other suggestions if you all have any ideas of what I should do when I grow up.
